Before an item even appears on our website, we get feedback from a diverse group of women. We then work with fashion industry veterans to create a design that pairs well with both the rest of your wardrobe and the future products we will create.
After incorporating feedback, we then post the item on our website for voting. During the voting process, we encourage women to come together and ask others in their community to join them in creating something truly beautiful. Each woman who votes receives a discount once an item moves into presales.
After getting enough votes, we move into presales. As a special benefit for people who commit to launching a product and patiently wait for its thoughtful development, we offer this clothing at a discount. Once presales are complete, we develop the item through multiple fittings for the perfect fit. We ask that you give us some time in these early days to make sure the fit is comfortable and flattering and that our materials meet our sustainability guidelines, which may include creating a new custom fabric that doesn’t yet exist! We also want the workers who make our fabric and sew our clothing to be treated well, which means not asking them to work crazy hours to rush production
Once your item meets our standards for sustainability, beauty, and comfort, we ship it directly to you. We hope the fit is just right; however, you may exchange unworn items for another size within 15 days. We work to ensure that all exchanged items make their way into the hands of another woman, combatting the waste that so often results from industry returns.
As you wear this item in your daily life, we invite you to share your feedback and photos -- this will help us continue to improve the items we produce.
